Hi! I know I haven’t posted in such a loooooooong time! And I do apologize, I started a new job since I stopped updating so LIFE happened. :) But I didn’t stop cooking though! So I’m back!!!
The recipe I’m gonna share today is from one of my favorite cooking gurus on youtube. I’ve done this dish so many times and it never fails me! First of all, I love love love broccoli! For this dish, I steam the veggies with the rice since our rice cooker has a steaming feature. I also add fresh mushrooms.
